Craig Neiman 

Program Manager, Sacramento County Department of Child Support Services

Craig Neiman is a Child Support Program Manager with the Sacramento County Department of Child Support Services.  He has been with Sacramento County DCSS for 32 years.  Over those years he has worked in many different functional areas of the program; including establishment, enforcement, customer service, training, and now program performance and analysis.  In his current assignment; he oversees the division that ensures data integrity and program compliance, business analytics, facilitates escalation of issues relating to the CSE system, and provides analysis and tools intended to increase program performance.

Daniel Reyes

Child Support Officer III, Sacramento County Department of Child Support Services

Daniel Reyes is a Lead Child Support Officer with the Sacramento County Department of Child Support Services and has been with the department since 2019. He has experience across multiple areas of the child support program, including establishment,  court operations, customer service, and training.

Daniel has played an active role in SCDCSS’s use of SimpliGov to streamline and modernize business processes. He has helped design, develop, test, and implement multiple SimpliGov workflows, working closely with program staff and subject matter experts to translate business needs into practical workflow solutions. His SimpliGov work has also expanded beyond Sacramento County through collaboration with State DCSS and local child support agencies across California on statewide initiatives.
